What is a sedative?

Intravenous Sedation (IV Sedation)
For the people who are afraid of needles, this type of sedation is best for them. You lie back on your dental chair with your eyes closed. A benefit of IV sedation is that you’ll be able to feel the effects more quickly as it has a faster onset of sedative medicines.
