During his tenure with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, he has pioneered and headed ENT services in multispeciality tertiary care hospital and develop it to advance treatment centre. He has experience In working in various national and international hospitals and medical colleges.

Awarded Silver Medal for paper presentation on "External Rhinoplasty: an approach to Nasal Dorsum" for Mukut Saharia Award in North Zone AOI Conference 2000.

Awarded Silver medal for presenting Paper for I.S. Gupta Award in XIVth All Rhinology Conference 2001 held in Bhopal Title - "External Rhinoplasty".

Awarded "Penghargan Perkhidmatan Cemerlang" i.e Award of Excellence for my services in the year 2009 by (Department of Human Resources and Welfare, Ministry of Health), State of Perak, Malaysia.
