Prof. Nika Akhlevediani - ED Specialist Doctor in Istanbul Turkey

Prof. Nika Akhlevediani, an experienced ED specialist doctor in Istanbul Turkey was born in Moscow in 1976. He graduated with an honors diploma from the I.M. Sechenov-named Moscow Medical Academy in 2001. The Moscow Medical Academy, named after I.M. Sechenov's Department of Urology, was his clinical residency program from 2001 to 2003. Professor A.S. Segala supervised his specialized training in Fundamentals of Andrology in 2002 at the First Moscow State Medical and Dental University named after A.I. Evdokimov's Department of Urology. 

He enrolled at the I.M. Sechenov Department of Urology at the Moscow Medical Academy for Postgraduate Studies in 2003. He completed his advanced training in Oncourology in 2003 at the I.M. Sechenov Department of Urology at the Moscow Medical Academy. As the best doctor for ED treatment In Turkey, his membership in the Russian Society of Urology (ROU) dates back to 2003.

He joined the European Association of Urology in 2005 and has been an active member ever since. Professor M.M. Falconer supervised his advanced training in Operational Andrology in 2006 at the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education's Department of Urology and Surgical Andrology.

Under the supervision of Professor Yuri Gennadievich Alyaev, an Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation and Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, he defended his dissertation on Erectile Dysfunction after Transurethral Surgery for Prostate Hyperplasia: diagnosis, treatment, and prevention in 2006, ahead of schedule. 

Being a skilled doctor for impotence in Istanbul, his work included both a researcher in a scientific group and a urologist at the urology clinic of the Moscow Medical Academy named after I.M. Sechenov from 2006 to 2008. At the Moscow Medical Academy, named after I.M. Sechenov's Department of Urology, he received advanced training in Ultrasound diagnostics in urology in 2007. He has been an engaged member of the ESM and ISSM (International Societies for Sexual Medicine) since 2009. 

 Sechenov University's Department of Urology appointed him associate Professor in 2009. While interning with Professor David Ralph at the London Institute of Urology in 2010, he gained experience in genital surgery. He was the head of Sechenov University's Department of Male Reproductive Health from 2011 to 2012. 

Premature ejaculation: epidemiology, risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment were the subjects of his 2012 defense thesis for the Doctor of Medical Sciences degree. Professor Yuri Gennadievich Alyaev, who is also a scientific consultant and an Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, is a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
 
After being approved by the Higher Attestation Commission to publish the findings of doctorate dissertations in the oldest profile scientific magazine, Urology, in 2013, he became a member of its editorial board in 2013. He interned with Professor Steve Wilson (USA) in 2013 to get experience in penile prosthesis for advanced expertise. He interned with Professor Paul Perito of the University of Miami in 2014, specializing in subpubic penile prosthesis. 

He oversaw the andrology and genital surgery division at Sechenov University's Institute of Urology and Human Reproductive Health from 2014 to 2015. He joined the faculty of the First Moscow State Medical University, named after I.M. Sechenov's Department of Urology, in 2014. He interned with Professor Ignacio Moncada of Spain in 2015, where he learned about the implantation of an artificial urinary sphincter. 

He has been the director of the men's health department at Moscow's European Medical Center's urology clinic since 2017. His 2018 internship in advanced reproductive microsurgery was at Cornell University in New York, where he worked with US academics Philip Lee, Mark Goldstein, and Peter Schlegel. While interning with Professor Robert Valenzuela at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital in 2018, he learned the most recent techniques for sub-coronary penile prosthesis. 

At Moscow's K + 31 hospital, he has been the head of the men's health department since 2018. He has been the director of an esteemed training program for urologists in Eastern Europe in male reproductive microsurgery since 2018. He taught urology at Moscow State Medical and Dental University, named after A.I. Evdokimov, from 2018 to 2022. 

He has been the head instructor of Eastern Europe's exclusive penile prostheses training school for urologists since 2021. At Georgia's Tbilisi Cancer Center, he has been in charge of male sexual and reproductive medicine since 2022. He is an expert in the whole spectrum of modern techniques used to identify and treat erectile dysfunction in men.
