Asst. Prof. Ceyhan Turkkan – Best Heart Surgeon in Turkey

Dr. Ceyhan Türkkan is a well-known cardiothoracic surgeon in Istanbul. He was born in 1981 in Razgrat, Bulgaria. After his early education in Edremit, Balıkesir, he started his medical education.
